Joi Skin's current processing time is 3-5 business days. However, we work hard to ship orders out ahead of the processing time.

 

Shipping will occur via USPS unless otherwise stated. Tracking will be provided when your order ships and sent to the email address input at checkout.

 

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before you checkout we are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses, and no refunds will be given.
